Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made between May 1 and July 1 will receive a 50% refund of retreat booking price (less processing charges). Any cancellation made between July 1 and August 2 will result in a total loss of retreat booking price.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the total number of bookings is not meeting the retreat minimum requirement (This is highly unlikely). In the event that we cancel the retreat, your booking will be refunded in full.
We always recommend travel or trip cancellation insurance whenever making travel plans.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
