1. Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear that will keep them warm, dry and comfortable.
2. Weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If there is rain, participants are asked to bring an umbrella and/or raincoat, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous – participants will be notified in these circumstances close to the tour time. In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered another date or refund.
3. Participants are required to have a moderate level of fitness that will allow them to walk for approximately 90 minutes.
4. If a participant has a disability that may impact mobility, please contact the Event Organiser who may be able to make alternative arrangements.
5. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide to prevent accidents, especially as the tour is held at night time and in areas of poor lighting.
6. Latest Covid restrictions will be followed as required by ACT Health: https://www.covid19.act.gov.au
7. If participants have COVID/ any COVID like symptoms please do not attend the tour, and contact the Event Organiser.
8. Participants may cancel 24 hours in advance of the start of the tour for a full refund excluding booking fee. If participants cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
9. This tour is not suitable for children under 12 years.
