CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to commencement of a training session are fully refunded.
14 – 45 days another date can be chosen.
14 days out no refund will be issued.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
As our courses may operate in isolated areas, SafeTrek as the operator, reserves the right to alter and/or cancel any section and/or parts of the course which may result from road, weather or any other conditions of an operational nature. Whilst every endeavour will be made to keep the scheduled arrival/departure times, no guarantee can be made that these will be kept due to circumstances beyond our control.

PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to all SafeTrek courses and or services. SafeTrek’s policy is about respecting privacy.
SafeTrek will not disclose any of your personal information unless:
1.You provide prior permission, OR
2. SafeTrek is required to submit information to a lawful authority to satisfy legal requirements.
SafeTrek automatically gathers certain usage information like demographics of our clients, the numbers and frequency of visitors to our website. We only use such collective data for learning about our clients for the sole purpose of course improvement, website development and marketing.
You have the opportunity to opt out on your booking form if you do not wish to have your photo, video or testimonial used for marketing purposes.
This will be made clear to you on booking and this policy will be online at all times.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
