All ticket sales are final.
Ticket name can be amended if you cannot attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another person's name. Please email the event organiser secretenvelope@gmail.com to arrange this.
In some circumstances a refund will be issued at the discretion of the event organiser. Please email secretenvelope@gmail.com to request this. The refund will be for the ticket only, and does not include the booking and service fee.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 May, 2023.
No refunds for no-shows.
Unfortunately, no pets or other animals are permitted at the venue, with the exception of service animals. Please email the event organiser secretenvelope@gmail.com if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Please note that the venue is upstairs.
