You can choose to pass our fees on to attendees at checkout – many organisers do, especially for paid events where buyers are used to seeing a small booking fee. It’s a single toggle when you set up your event.

Yes. No platform fees, no hidden costs. If your event is free to attend, it’s free to use TryBooking. You won’t pay a cent.
Absolutely. You choose whether to absorb the fees or pass them to ticket buyers. Most organisers pass the ticket fee to attendees and absorb the processing fee, but it’s entirely up to you.
None. No setup fees, no monthly charges, no subscriptions. You only pay when tickets are sold.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Processing fees are included in our 2.5% rate – no additional gateway charges.
To get paid, request a payout from your TryBooking account. Our team reviews each request, then transfers the funds to your nominated bank account. There’s no additional fee for transfers.
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and the money settles straight into it, rather than being paid out by us. TryBooking charges 1% processing plus $0.50 per ticket sold, and Stripe charges their own standard fees on top – see Stripe’s pricing page. You can set this up on the integrations page.
Our fees are among the lowest in the industry. We’re up to 60% cheaper than major platforms like Eventbrite and Humanitix, while still offering all features and local support at no extra cost. Fair pricing shouldn’t mean sacrificing quality.
