Congratulations! You have been successfully selected for a place on the 2025 Year 11 Ski Camp.

Next Steps:

• Deposit Payment: A $300 deposit is required to secure your place.
  • This must be paid via TryBooking by Wednesday 12 March - 10am.
    (No late deposits will be accepted)

• • Please note that SSB cannot be used for this initial deposit, but it may be applied to future payments.

• Final Confirmation: Once your deposit is received, your place on the camp will be confirmed. Please note that no changes can be made after confirmation.

• Payment Plan for remainder of the camp costs: Details of the remaining camp costs and payment schedule will be provided soon.

• Additional Information: More details regarding logistics, itinerary, and other requirements will be communicated to students at their upcoming camp meetings.

If the deposit is not received by Wednesday, 12 March - 10am, we will assume you are not accepting the place, and the position will be reallocated to another student. If there are any issues with payment, please contact kate.barresi@education.vic.gov.au before this deadline.

The camp organisers, Year Level Coordinators, Head of Senior School, and Principal will make the final decision on student participation. To ensure a safe and successful experience, students must demonstrate:
