Destination Inspiration Event Series is back for Round 2!
Destination Inspiration is a joint program delivered by Murray Regional Tourism and Destination Riverina Murray. Funded by the NSW Government the program is designed to support tourism operators within both the Murray and Riverina regions, providing practical tools, inspiring stories and expert guidance to grow your business.
The program will run across two rounds in 2025 and 2026. Each round begins with an in-region event followed by a mentoring program open to attendees by EOI, that provides hands-on support to build the capacity and capabilities of tourism businesses towards the development of new visitor experiences.

Mentoring Program
Participants at the Destination Inspiration event series who want to advance their ideas will be invited to express their interest in participating in the one-on-one mentoring program.
The program will have spaces for up to ten participants and is designed to accelerate the product development process and progress ideas into new or enhanced experiences for visitors to the region.

With many years of experience working alongside regional tourism operators, Karen Oliver is known for her practical advice and supportive approach. She has led the mentoring stream of Destination Inspiration since its beginning, helping businesses across the Murray turn ideas into real outcomes.
Past mentees such as Sam Pincott (Holbrook Paddock Eggs) Peter McDonald (Murray Darling Scenic Flights) and Tom and Tegan Douglas (Outback Almonds) have strengthened their strategy, launched unique visitor experiences and grown their confidence as operators.
