The ACA WA Committee is dedicated to offering our members a variety of valuable events. We are excited to facilitate our third Practice Management Forum this year on Wednesday, 10 December. BOOK NOW!
Building on insights from our second conversation, we'll focus this third forum on 'People and Resourcing'.
We'll delve further into the people side of resourcing, with a focus on the impact of leadership, culture and strategies for developing effective teams. The questions we will ask members to generate discussion are:
- How do we structure our teams, and what are the considerations that go into that?
- What strategies do you use to enable people to play to their strengths, and how do we empower them to create a sustainable workload?
This forum is designed for those who manage daily practice operations, whether you have a dedicated operations manager, a team sharing these responsibilities, or handle them yourself as a director.
Bring your lunch and your openness to share and learn from each other’s experiences – the goal is to form collegiate conversations around practice management.
