It's time to let go and choose yourself... and community.The Collective Exhale is a 2.5 hour Spinal Energetics experience that helps you unwind, release and re-calibrate tension patterns that you no longer need. By expanding the nervous system capacity, you'll let go of overstimulation, overthinking and overgiving. Leave the room feeling like yourself – empowered, clear and grounded.
As someone who use to be an overgiver, I know that it was a protective mechanism from fear of abandonment. But it doesn't serve any of us or the collective because then we start to hoard in other ways to counterbalance. We are our most powerful – individually and collectively – when we act out of love and fullness.
That's why I've chosen to host a birthday fundraiser for Pay The Rent – an organisation that redistributes wealth from settlers who benefit from living on stolen land to Aboriginal people.
You'll leave having had the most nourishing exhale.
