Rate of Play: 75 min. / player / game plus 30 sec. per move from move one
Ratings: ACF and FIDE rated.
Forfeiture time: 30 minutes from schedule start
Byes: 2 half point byes may be taken in rounds 1 to 5
Pairings will be published on Wednesday. Arbiter must be informed by Tuesday COB if you require a bye for the following round
Note: All foreign players must have a FIDE Identification number. Foreign players without a FIDE ID number will not be accepted. They will need to obtain a FIDE ID number from their National Federation and advise that number prior to their entry being accepted.

$60 plus admin fee for BHCC or CJCC members
$80 plus admin fee for non-members
