Remember all the songs that we heard for the first time on Take 40 Australia, listening to Barry Bissell with the Play and Record buttons ready to go. Back when summers smelled like coconut Reef Oil, we were smoking Winnie Blues behind the school shed, wagging to hang out at the beach. We were watching Family Ties, getting sick on soft serve at Sizzler and buying 10 cents worth of lollies from the deli up the road.
Side Hustle are bringing it all back for one huge night of live music at Lesmurdie Club. Led by New Zealand legend and all round top bloke, Steve Kingi, the best thing to come out of New Zealand since pavlova and just as sweet. With decades of experience, Steve's voice and stage presence ensure everyone will have a night to remember.
Get ready for an epic Gen X set packed with favourites from A-ha, Queen, Bryan Adams, Michael Jackson, U2, Guns N' Roses, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, The Cranberries, Alanis Morissette, Tina Turner, Radiohead, Blink-182, Billy Ocean, Lionel Richie and many more.
COME FOR THE NOSTALGIA. STAY FOR THE ANTHEMS.
