HOW THIS CHARTER WORKS
There are three conditions that must be met before we fly.

GATEWAY 1 - ALL 90 SEATS SOLD
The charter will only proceed to the aircraft booking stage once a deposit has been taken on all 90 seats.
Until then:

• The aircraft deposit will not be paid
• The flight remains unconfirmed
• The aircraft may become unavailable

GATEWAY 2 - AIRCRAFT SECURED
Once deposits have been taken on all 90 seats:

• The organisers will pay the aircraft deposit
• All ticket deposit holders will be notified
• The aircraft booking becomes confirmed

GATEWAY 3 - FREMANTLE QUALIFY FOR THE AFL GRAND FINAL!!
If Fremantle win their Preliminary Final and qualify for the AFL Grand Final:

• The flight WILL proceed
• Final payments become due within 24 hours of the PF win
• Travel details are issued to all fully paid ticket holders

FLIGHT DETAILS

Outbound Flight: Thursday 24 September departs Perth 6:30pm
Return Flight: Sunday 27 September between 10:00am and 2:00pm. (Final departure details will be provided closer to departure).

Passengers are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, AFL tickets and transport while in Melbourne.

PRICING
Total Price
$2,200 per passenger 
Today you are paying:
$550 Deposit + booking fee

The remaining balance of $1,650 will only become payable if:

1. All 90 seats have been sold;
2. The aircraft booking has been confirmed; and
3. Fremantle qualify for the AFL Grand Final.

The final balance must be paid within 24 hours of notification that Fremantle have qualified for the Grand Final. ALL DEPOSIT TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE ISSUED WITH A SEPERATE INVOICE FOR PAYMENT VIA EFT. Failure to pay the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

BUYING MULTIPLE TICKETS
One person may purchase multiple seats, however complete details must be supplied for every passenger travelling. Passenger details required:

• Full legal name (as per photo identification)
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Gender
• Ticket type (Adult/Child)
• Emergency contact name
• Emergency contact phone number

Additional information may be requested prior to departure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This is a privately organised supporter charter flight.
• It is not organised, endorsed, sponsored or operated by the Fremantle Football Club, the AFL or any related entity.
• There are no guarantees that the charter flight will proceed.
• The flight is dependent on:

• All 90 seats being sold
• Aircraft availability
• Fremantle qualifying for the AFL Grand Final
• Operational approvals and requirements

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Before booking, please ensure you understand the following:

• The $550 deposit secures your chance to be on the charter flight. 
• Only full payment of the $1650 balance secures your seat.
• If the charter flight does not proceed because the aircraft is not secured, all deposits will be refunded less applicable booking and transaction fees.
• If the aircraft deposit has been paid (ie: aircraft secured) but Fremantle does not qualify for the AFL Grand Final, deposits will be refunded less $100 aircraft deposit fee and applicable booking fee.
• If you cancel your booking before the result of Fremantle's Preliminary Final is known, a cancellation fee will apply.
• If Fremantle qualifies for the AFL Grand Final, the remaining balance becomes payable within 24 hours of notification.
• Failure to pay the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
