On the second anniversary of the Lara Big Band's inception, we invite you to join us for the Lara Big Band’s very first standalone concert! Over two and a half spellbinding hours, let Lara's own energetic big band take you on a musical journey from the swing masters of Basie and Ellington, to swing era essentials and timeless jazz standards, right up to homegrown Australian classics and favourites from TV and the silver screen.More than just a performance, this event is a celebration of community and the power of music to bring people together. All proceeds support the band’s ongoing operations, helping us continue to make music for Lara and beyond.
