Please note: that all tickets, except free tickets, will incur a $0.50 booking fee.

Purchasing Individual Tickets

Purchasing individual tickets is easy. Follow these steps:

1. Choose your table. Discuss with your friends and decide which table you will sit at.  Click the 'Book Now' link in the top right corner of the booking page, and you'll see a list of tables named after Peranakan kueh.

2. Select the table kueh label that you and your friends have decided on. 

3. Select your ticket type(s)

4. Fill in your name(s), ensuring that each ticket type requires the name of the person attending.

5. Fill in your booking information and card details.

6. Click purchase.

Booking a Table

To help prevent booking errors, we’ve updated the process for reserving tables:

1. Nominate a Table Organiser
Choose one person from your group to coordinate the table booking.

2. Submit a Table Reservation Request
Let us know via email that you’d like to reserve a full table (10 seats).

3. Table Held & Hidden from Public Bookings
Once confirmed, your table will be set aside and hidden from the public booking page to avoid accidental bookings.    

4. 7-Day Hold Period
Your reservation will be held for 7 days from the date it’s confirmed.
If you reserved before 12 July, your table will be held until 19 July.  

5. Collect Payments Within 7 Days
During the hold period, each group member should transfer their ticket payment to the organiser.

6. Organiser Finalises Booking
The organiser then books the full table online and provides the names of all attendees.

7. Partial Bookings After 7 Days
If the full table isn’t booked within 7 days, any unclaimed seats will be released and made available to others.

Please note:

• Early bird and regular tickets are offered at members' and non-members' prices. There are no table booking discounts. 
• Please encourage everyone at your table to make their final bookings ASAP. We may offer waitlisted guests seats that are not booked by 24th August 2025.
• If you are booking a whole table on behalf of your family and friends, please ensure that you register each person's name.
