Join us for a beautifully curated day of discovery through the Southern Highlands — a region rich with boutiques, artisan makers, and hidden gems. Designed by Interior Designer Allie Duval, this guided experience invites you to see the Highlands through a creative lens: shop like a local, uncover secret spots, and connect with the stories behind each store.

1. What is included in the shopping tour?
The tour includes a curated itinerary of beautiful boutiques, concept stores, and design destinations, along with guided commentary, lunch, and exclusive access or offers where available.

2. Do I need to purchase anything on the tour?
Not at all. Purchases are completely optional. This experience is just as much about discovery and inspiration as it is about shopping.

3.What sorts of discounts are included?
As a tour guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive in-store offers at many of the boutiques we visit. These typically range from 5% to 20% off and may include special gifts with purchase or access to limited items. Each store offers something a little different, and these perks are just one of the ways we make your experience extra special.

4.What are your exclusive raffle prizes?
As part of your tour experience, you’ll be entered into our exclusive raffle giveaway! Prizes vary, but often include gifts from participating stores, as well as gift vouchers valued at $50 or even $100. It's our little way of adding extra excitement and giving back to our wonderful guests.

5.Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Our tours are designed to be social and enjoyable—perfect for a girls’ day out. We encourage group bookings.

6. What should I wear or bring?
We recommend comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. A small crossbody bag is ideal, and feel free to bring a reusable shopping tote.

7. Is food included?
Yes, the tour includes a two course lunch and a glass of vino is included. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies. There will be coffee stops where coffees can be purchased at an additional cost.

8.Does the lunch package include beverages?
Yes! Your package includes one glass of wine with your meal. Additional beverages will be available for purchase on the day.

9. Is every tour the same?
We vary the itinerary depending on the season, local events, and what's new in the area. We're always on the lookout for fresh hidden gems and unique experiences to keep each tour exciting and memorable.

10. Is the tour suitable for children?
While the tour is designed as a relaxing experience primarily for adults - older children are welcome to attend at your discretion. Please keep in mind that the day includes multiple stops, longer durations at venues and a slower pace - which may not be suitable for younger children.  

11.How long is the tour?
The tour typically runs for approximately 9.5 hours, including travel time from South Sydney, stops, browsing time, and a scheduled lunch break.

12.Where are the pick-up points form for the transfers?
To make your experience as easy and convenient as possible, we’ve scheduled two pick-up points for the day:

  • Pick-Up Point A - 0730am:    South Sydney – Clayton Reserve, Sans Souci 

  • Pick-Up Point B - 9.00am Berida Hotel, Bowral at  (also our final lunch stop)

From there, all guests will come together for a relaxed day of boutique shopping, hidden gems, and a long lunch to finish. Sit back, and enjoy the day — we’ll take care of the rest!

13. What happens if it rains?
The tour runs rain or shine! Please dress accordingly. In extreme weather, we may reschedule and notify you in advance.

14.How do we transport items purchased on the day?
All your purchases are safely stored on our comfortable coach, which includes extra storage underneath for larger bags and boxes. With transport taken care of, you can relax and enjoy an extra glass of wine at lunch without the worry of driving!

15. What if I need to cancel?
Should you need to cancel, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest for the same tour date or transfer to another date. No refunds are given. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary.

16. Can I book a private group tour?
Yes! We offer bespoke tours for groups, birthdays, or corporate events. Please get in touch to discuss options.

17. Who leads the tour?
Your host is a passionate guide with a background in interiors, retail, and design, here to ensure a relaxed, inspiring day out.

18. What payment systems do we accept?

Our booking system, TryBooking accepts a variety of payment options to make booking easy and convenient. These include:

  • PayPal Pay in 4 (interest-free instalments where available)
