Please note! The Gathering fee does not include accommodation.
Full Gathering Conference Fee $375.00
Early Bird Deposit (20%) $75 (until November 30th)
2nd instalment $150 due March 31st
3rd instalment $150 due June 30th
After December 1 the Gathering fee will be $400
After April 1 the Gathering fee will be $425
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE June 30th, 2026
Once you have selected to pay either 20% deposit or full fee we will send you more information about the tours indicated on your registration form (if applicable) and further registration and health information at a later date
