SEACROFT ESTATE

Seacroft Estate is an historic former monastry backing onto the Great Otway National Park, nestled on 15 acres of rolling hills directly overlooking the Southern Ocean. In light of Seacroft's beginnings as a former monastry, it is a little spartan - but very comfortable, rich in atmosphere and particularly suitable for a yoga and minidfulness retreat. Twinshare, single and double rooms all face into a central court yard and share two amenities blocks (one male and one female) located less than a 15m walk away. Press 'BOOK NOW' for further details of each room type.

THE FOOD
Our menu is gourmet vegetarain. Your taste buds will be tingling with delight from breakfast, lunch through afternoon tea to dinner. Herbal teas, plunger coffee and fruit will be available all day. In the yogic spirit of cooperation and mutual communal effort, a few volunteers will be requested to help serve, clear dishes and stack dishwasher at each meal.
THE ACTIVITIES
Along with the daily yoga and mindfulness, this retreat will provide the balance you need between structured time with others and unstructured time on your own. There will be rainforest and beach walks on offer and weather permitting and an evening outdoors by a fire under the stars.
