You will draft a workplace self assessment and improvement plan to realise your goal of creating a protective culture.
• INCLUSIVE Interactive Sessions: Engage in transferable hands-on activities like role-playing, discussions, and exercises to recognise unsafe situations, boost self-esteem, and develop resilience for all ages.
• Practical Skills: Gain tools for role modelling and embedding personal safety, emotional awareness, and assertive communication, developed to increase child protection, and bullying prevention.
• Psychosocial Frameworks: for improving workplace dynamics and creating teams that feel safe in the workplace, and empowered to challenge and call out unsafe behaviours. Increase team satisfaction and decrease staff turnover over. - increasing child safety
• Applications and theoretical perspectives of the Themes and Core Concepts : “We all have the right to feel safe all the time” and “We can talk with someone about anything”—
As Protective Factors for children, this training builds safety into every interaction, creating spaces where there is no harm, abuse or trauma. a Pritective factor enhances self-esteem, social connections, safety knowledge, and problem-solving skills—reducing vulnerability and promoting healthy development through evidence-based strategies.
