Good Night, Sleep Tight: How to help people sleep better
People with alcohol and other drug issues and mental health issues are up to 10 times more likely to experience sleep problems. We now know that poor sleep contributes to a range of other physical and mental health problems, as well as low resilience and low motivation. But some simple strategies can help your clients to have a good night and sleep tight.
Join our clinical associate and CEO of the Sleep Health Foundation, Dr Moira Junge, in this fascinating and practical workshop to help you help your clients sleep better and improve their wellbeing. Gain an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes involved in sleep/wakefulness and common sleep disorders.
Learn all of the essentials you need to know about sleep and maybe learn a few useful tips for yourself!
On average, participants of Good Night, Sleep Tight report a 59% increase in knowledge, 82% increase in skills and 74% increase in confidence. Satisfaction is rated at 8.7/10 on average and 91% of participants would recommend this workshop to others.
