The women’s retreat is an opportunity to escape from your busy lives, pause and take some time for yourself. As women we are mothers, daughters, sisters and wives. Women are often the primary caregivers but forget to care for themselves.

This retreat uses simple meditation and Ignatian First Spiritual exercises with plenty of 'me' time for self-reflection, laughter, rest and renewal. It is not about being particularly holy, religious, or prayerful……
You just come as you are and be cared for.

'Using the Ignatian method of comtemplative meditation, we sat by the river with ‘the woman at the well’, felt God in the gentle breeze of the Carcoar tunnel and walked the labyrinth at night, ‘on the road to Emmaus’. The whole weekend had a feeling of joy as we took time out from our busy lives and reconnected with the spirit within.'

Due to feedback from past participants of the Women’s Retreat, it is now being offered over 2 days with the option of staying an extra night.
Starting with dinner Friday night the Reset Retreat will run until Sunday after lunch when retreatants are invited to relax, reflect and have more time to process the gifts of Reset.
You also have the option to stay for Sunday night dinner and have the extra night and breakfast is covered by a nominal fee of $40 per person.
Of course the extra night is optional and participants can opt to leave after lunch Sunday if they need to, and they can select this option at the time of booking.
So get ready for a wonderful weekend in the beautiful surrounds of historic Carcoar with scrumptious food and good company as you reconnect with your spiritual life.
