2026 Simulation based Learning Instructor Program
The Alfred Simulation Centre’s Simulation-based Learning Instructor Program (SLIP) is a two-day intensive professional development course designed for clinicians and health professional educators who are involved in teaching, training, or facilitating learning using simulation.
This program provides participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to design, facilitate, and debrief high-quality simulation-based learning experiences. The course combines evidence-based educational theory with hands-on practice in a supportive learning environment.
Many of the skills developed during the program are transferable to clinical teaching, bedside education, and other workplace-based learning activities.
