This relaxed, evidence-based lunch event is designed to cut through the confusion and give you clear, practical guidance on how to support your body through midlife. It’s about understanding what your body needs now — and how to fuel it efficiently, without restriction or extremes.

Dr Laura Walter, founder of Perl Menopause & Midlife - GP Specialists with medical insight into perimenopause and menopause — what’s happening, what matters, and when to seek support.

Freya Simmonds, local exercise physiologist and strength specialist
How strength training and movement support muscle, bone health, metabolism, and confidence in midlife.

Led by Lauren Rubin, Dietitian and Director of The Noosa Dietitian, the session focuses on translating evidence into real-world strategies you can actually use.
