This supportive mothers group is designed for mums of neurodivergent or “neuro-spicy” kids who are seeking practical advice, emotional support, and a safe space to connect with others who truly understand.The group will focus on real-life strategies for emotional regulation, behaviour support, anxiety, school challenges, and family dynamics, using a neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.
Facilitated by a qualified family counsellor, sessions will include guidance, shared discussion, and space for questions, validation, and reassurance without judgement or pressure.
Online Access Instructions:
This event can be both a face to face or online event (zoom).
Once registered, attendees will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and joining instructions prior to the session. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space to participate.
