Emergency Services Ball
About
Enjoy a black-tie evening featuring a premium four-course dining experience by Speckled Frog Catering, an inclusive drinks package, and live entertainment from a seven-piece band, all set within the elegant surroundings of the Hamilton Exhibition & Conference Centre.Representatives from WDHS, Police, Ambulance, Fire Services, and Mental Health invite all emergency workers including SES, CFA, healthcare teams, volunteers, and community members to join us for a special evening celebrating connection, community spirit, and regional pride.
Created collaboratively by local representatives across emergency services and healthcare, this event has been designed to bring people together from across the region to connect, celebrate, and enjoy a memorable night out close to home.
The Emergency Services Ball is not a fundraiser. It is a cost-neutral community event created purely to recognise and celebrate emergency workers, frontline staff, volunteers, healthcare professionals, their partners, and the wider community. The focus is simple — delivering an exceptional evening that people will genuinely enjoy and remember.
Everyone is welcome. While the event celebrates emergency and frontline services, attendance is open to all community members, friendship groups, sporting clubs, workplaces, businesses, and local organisations.
