About
The College Formal marks the end of the first semester of 2026, offering students an opportunity to come together, celebrate their hard work, and enjoy time with peers before beginning the mid‑year break. Held in the Hilton Hotel Ballroom, the evening includes a two‑course set‑menu dinner, a four‑hour soft drink and juice package, and a DJ. Professional photography will be available (charged by the provider).Tickets
• Student tickets: $105 (partially subsidised)
• Partner tickets: $115 (limited availability)
• Ticket sales close: 8th June
Partner Attendance
• Partner spaces are limited and attendance is subject to College approval.
• Partners must complete a Partner Information Form (sent two weeks prior to the event) to confirm attendance.
• The form will require photo identification and emergency contact details to be uploaded.
• All submissions must be received by the specified deadline to finalise partner approval.
Consent & Student Responsibility
Families will be asked to provide consent (closer to the date) that includes a Student Responsibility Agreement. This agreement reflects our focus on student safety and wellbeing, and sets clear, fair expectations for conduct before, during, and after the event. Students commit to respectful behaviour, following staff and venue instructions, and making choices that care for themselves and others. We aim to uphold the standards that keep everyone safe.
