Flinders Community Art Show November 2026 - Artist Entry
How to Enter the Flinders Community Art Show with these simple steps on TryBookings:
1. Select your artwork type.
2. Complete all the information required per artwork
3. Provide your bank details which are secure and enable us to make payments easily at the conclusion of the show.
4. Add your name, phone and credit card details and press PURCHASE
You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email.
You may purchase a ticket for 1 large work AND 1 small work OR 2 small works.
PRICES PER CATEGORY
$25 for each Large Artwork up 1.1metres (1100mm) on any one side of the artwork, including framing.
$15 for each Small Artwork up 33 centimetres (330mm) on any one side of the artwork, including framing.
$25 for each Sculpture or Ceramic.
Percentage Commission levied on sales is 25% including GST.
To ensure artworks are well displayed, artists may register up to 2 works in total and can choose from 3 categories: Large Work, Small Work and Sculpture/Ceramic.
We do not curate your work and registrations will remain open until 11 October or until exhibition space is filled.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Any damage or loss of any exhibit howsoever and whenever whilst in transit, in storage or otherwise shall be the sole responsibility of the artist exhibitor. The Committee will take every care of exhibits but does not accept any responsibility for any such damage or loss and advises artist exhibitors to insure against damage or loss.
2. A red dot will be placed on the item if it is sold.
3. The artist exhibitor must collect any unsold exhibits after the close of the exhibition, on Monday 2nd November by 6.00pm at the latest, as no storage facilities are available after this time .
4. If the artwork is to be collected by someone other than the artist please ensure they have the receipt which was issued on delivery of the artwork to the Flinders Hall.
5. Payments for sold works exhibited in the Flinders Community Art Show will be made to the artist by the Flinders Art Show Inc via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). The sale proceeds, minus the commission of 25% (inclusive of GST), plus any award prize money, will be paid within 14 business days of the close of the show.
