After School Robotics Club Details:

For Kindergarten to Year 6 Students

Give your child a meaningful, hands-on STEM experience this term — right within the school premises!

Our After School Robotics Club introduces students to LEGO, Engineering, Robotics, and Coding, helping them learn by building, programming, and experimenting — all while having fun in a supportive and familiar school environment.

After-School Robotics Class Notice:

  • Students enrolled in the After-School Robotics class must go directly to the Robotics classroom immediately after school dismissal.

  • If your child requires assistance, parents should contact us in advance to arrange pick-up support.

  • If your child needs OOSH pick-up, please arrange this with the OOSH educator in advance so that they arrange pickup from our robotic class.

  • Parents should collect children on time so the room can be cleared and to avoid any late charges from the school.

Our structured STEM pathway grows with your child — building strong foundations from Kindergarten through upper primary, using LEGO Engineering, Robotics, and Coding.

Kindergarten & Early Years (STEM Foundations)

  • Introduction to LEGO Engineering and simple machines

  • Hands-on learning through sensory and creative building activities

  • Early exposure to coding basics, sequencing, and patterns

Lower Primary (Years 1–3) – Robotics & Coding Fundamentals

  • Applying maths concepts such as measurement, ratios, and patterns

Upper Primary (Years 4–6) – Advanced Robotics & Engineering

  • Designing and building complex LEGO robotic systems

  • Data-driven decision-making and performance testing

If you wish to use your Service NSW Active & Creative Kids Voucher for this program, please follow the steps below:

  1. Pay the full program fees at the time of registration.

  2. Email the following details to infohills@young-engineers.com.au:

    • Active & Creative Kids Voucher number

    • Child’s full name

    • Child’s date of birth

    • Program location

    • Program name

Once Service NSW has approved your voucher, we will reimburse the $50 credit.
