An unforgettable fire-driven degustation celebrating flavour, connection and the beauty of shared dining. A collaborative effort between Locale Catering, Barbecue Revolution and The Culinary Creative.
On arrival guests are encouraged to soak in the beauty and peace of the Skilly Hills at night by firelight with a glass of sparkling Vouvray in hand. Opening canapés will be served alfresco while the chefs cook over fire, coal and smoke, a sensory introduction of what is to come.
From there, guests will move into “Tregea Cellar”, Kilikanoon’s original winery. Here the experience will unfold into generous family style courses, each incorporating local, seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully paired with Kilikanoon’s award winning wines.
After dessert guests are invited to linger longer outdoors beside the fire pits, glass in hand, to reflect before the evening concludes.
To complement the evening, guests will be given access to exclusive wine offerings, including limited and unreleased wines, available only to attendees and not offered anywhere else.
