SOLD OUTYear 8-12 students are invited to experience engineering in action during the April school holidays with the ECU School of Engineering. This is your chance to get hands-on with real engineering challenges, build practical skills, and see what studying engineering is really like. Across a series of interactive workshops, you’ll work in teams to solve exciting engineering problems and connect with current engineering students and academic staff. Whether you're curious about building smarter cities, designing advanced robotics, or exploring the future of aviation, this is a great opportunity to discover where engineering could take you.
Join us for one day or multiple days, each session focuses on a different engineering field and includes engaging, hands-on workshops led by current ECU Engineering students.
Come along, try something new, and start exploring your future in engineering!
Workshop options:
Wednesday 8th April - Robotics & automation
Thursday 9th April - Civil engineering
Friday 10th April - Aviation & aeronautics
Places are limited.
Cost: $10 per person, per day as an admin fee (plus a $0.50 ticket fee)
Time: 9am - 12pm each day
