Join us for our free monthly Community Calm Meditation, created in response to the emotional ripple felt across the Doreen & Mernda community after the tragedy at Mernda Station. In those weeks, our collective nervous system was stretched—carrying shock, sadness, frustration, anxiety and grief. Yet within that pain, we also witnessed something powerful: compassion, unity and neighbours supporting one another with genuine care.
Standing at the candlelight vigil for Aidan Becker, surrounded by more than 3000 people, it became clear how deeply our community needed grounding, connection and a place to breathe. Playing the frequency music before the vigil showed how profoundly sound can settle and soften a collective field.
This monthly offering was created to support that need—an ongoing space to regulate, restore and return to calm together.
Each meditation is guided by Nikki Narduzzo‑Nolan, Energy & Frequency Therapist from Optimum Body Therapy, and accompanied by Qharmonix™ Frequency Therapy to help the body soften, regulate and rebalance.
May’s Theme: Heart Coherence – Expanding Love Into the Collective
This month, we’ll be working with the beautiful 528Hz frequency, often called the love frequency. This meditation supports heart‑centred healing—opening space for compassion, coherence, connection and gentle emotional expansion. Together, we’ll cultivate a field of love that extends beyond ourselves and into the collective.
This 30‑minute meditation is open to absolutely everyone—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking grounding, or simply craving a moment of stillness.
