Sessions are non refundable but can be transferred to another family.

If you are late, unfortunately you will miss your session time due to the strict run times of the day.
Due to the size of the set and the studio there is a restriction of 5 people - including both adults and children.
If you have a larger group, please contact the studio before booking to discuss options.
Dogs and their mummas are also more than welcome!
