Afterparty for Concordia College Formal. Tickets limited to one per person. Buy the ticket in the name of the student/guest (not parent name). Please read T&C's for details about the night. All tickets are NON REFUNDABLETICKET SALES RE OPENED FOR ONE LAST TIME until TUESDAY 7th APRIL 9PM.
LOCATION- The address is on the original email and the party will be held in a paddock in the middle of a working farm. There is a steep 100m walk down to the paddock. It is likely to be cold. Consider this information and the fact it will be dark when planning outfits and shoes. A email will be sent to all ticket holders with a map. DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS- it is wrong and you will never make it to the party!
In order to buy a ticket and for it be a valid ticket the student/guest must have already emailed the host by Wednesday 25th March with approval to attend and parent consent to consume alcohol (if applicable). Colour coded wrist bands will be issued on entry depending on your type of entry ticket.
There are various ticket types- please choose the right one- it will be crossed check with our list of RSVP's
(a) Have RSVP'ed and your are not consuming alcohol. Some non alcoholic drinks will be provided, welcome to bring your own (No Glass)
(b) Have RSVP'ed and have consent to consume a restricted number of alcoholic drinks- Bags checked on arrival (No Glass or bottles of Spirits)
(c) Have pre booked a place on a bus
(d) Have a reserved a spot to sleep overnight in the open paddock. See below for drop off times for your gear
(e) Will be getting own way to and from the part ideally via a parent (car pool) we want to know everyone is accounted for. Our initial email said we don't want students driving up (1) because of alcohol involvement (2) there is minimal space to park cars and we need the road to be clear for the busses and parents dropping off and picking up. There is no street lighting so experienced drivers only are advised.
(f) Parents helping out- have communicated with Host

Campers can set up Wednesday 8th April all day, Thursday 9th April 9.30am – 11am, 5pm-8pm, Friday 10th April12pm – 3.30pm
Campers breakfast at 7.30am Saturday 11th April, Clean up and collection/departure 7.30am to 10.30am
Campers- put your drinks in an esky with ice and attach your ticket to it to avoid any confusion. You will be given an esky number that indicates its yours and you are also camping.
Everyone- if you have a pocked torch bring it, especially campers.
