Guests must provide their own transport to and from the venue.

Students may invite parents and one additional guest.

Dinner and soft drinks will be provided.
Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

This is a strictly alcohol-free event.
No alcohol is to be brought into the venue or consumed during the event.
Any breach of this condition may result in removal from the event.

Parental Responsibility, Supervision & Attendance Requirement
Parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:
- Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 25 years or over for the duration of the event.
- They retain full responsibility for their child’s conduct, safety, and wellbeing at all times during the event.
- They will ensure their child complies with all event expectations and behavioural standards.
- They understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in the student being asked to leave the event.
