Seating Information:
The best way to ensure your group is seated together is to purchase all tickets in a single booking, with one person acting as the group's Table Captain. Guests booking separately should use the same Seating Request or Table Captain name when booking. Seating requests can only be accommodated for guests who have purchased tickets in the same seating section.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests; however, requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability, table capacities, venue requirements, and booking timing. Seating requests must be submitted by 31 August 2026. Requests received after this date will be considered where possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Tables seat a maximum of 10 guests. Larger groups will be allocated across neighbouring tables wherever possible, and smaller groups will be seated with other guests to ensure all tables are filled efficiently. Table allocations will be finalised closer to the event and communicated prior to the event or available at check-in.
Alcohol and Drinks Policy:
To ensure the safety and compliance with South Australian liquor licensing laws, it is strictly prohibited to bring any drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, into the Dom Polski Centre premises during Tatry’s ‘Wiosna’ zabawa, and bags will be checked on the night of the event.
