This retreat is for the woman who is quietly craving a few days to herself.

This weekend is different.

For a few days, you get to step out of that rhythm.
Mornings that begin slowly.
Tea in hand.
A guided meditation before the day begins.
Walks by the ocean/ in nature.
Conversations that feel real.
Quiet moments where you can finally hear your own thoughts again.
We will create vision boards.
But more importantly, we will create space.
Space to breathe.
To reflect.
To reconnect with the life you want to be living next.
A weekend where life softens.
Where the nervous system settles.
And where you remember the woman underneath the responsibilities

Together, Annie and Brigitte have guided hundreds of women through retreats, workshops and transformational experiences designed to create meaningful space for reflection, connection and clarity.

Dream Activation Retreat brings together their shared love of thoughtful conversation, personal growth and creating environments where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore what comes next.

Yes, we will create vision boards.
But more importantly, we will slow down enough to listen to ourselves again.
Through meditation, time in nature, shared reflection, and meaningful conversation, the weekend is designed to feel calm, grounding, and deeply supportive.

You might begin the day quietly.
Walk along the coastline.
Sit in circle with other women.
Create your vision board slowly, without pressure.
And allow the ideas, clarity, and inspiration for your next chapter to rise naturally.

Places are limited to keep the group personal and supported.

* Twin Share Room - 1 room with two single beds

Rooms are designed for single occupancy, so every woman has space to rest and recharge.
If two friends wish to share a Queen room, they are welcome to do so, however the room price remains the same as the retreat pricing is based on the room rather than the number of people sharing the bed.

Most women come to retreats like this on their own and that often becomes part of the magic.
But if you have a friend, sister, or colleague who you feel would love this experience too, you’re very welcome to share it with her.

For three days in August, we’ll gather on beautiful land in Balnarring.
A small group of women.
Good conversation.
Fresh air.
Time to slow down, reflect, and create a vision for what comes next.
Nothing complicated.
Just space.

Why We Created Dream Activation Retreat:

Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of women.

Women who are capable, thoughtful, successful and deeply caring.

And yet so many tell us the same thing.

“I just need some space.”

Not because something is wrong.

But because life becomes full.

Work.
Family.
Responsibilities.
Expectations.

The constant holding of everything for everyone else.

We created Dream Activation Retreat because we believe women need more than another weekend away.

They need space to hear themselves again.

Space to slow down.

To reflect.

To reconnect with what matters.

To remember the woman underneath the responsibilities.

This retreat brings together the work we both love most.

Meaningful conversation.

Personal reflection.

Gentle guidance.

Connection.

Time in nature.

And the space for clarity to emerge naturally.

This will be our 10th retreat together, and every time we witness the same thing.

When women are given the space to pause, something begins to shift.

They breathe more deeply.

They reconnect with themselves.

And they leave feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded in what comes next.

Meet Your Guides
Annie Kallis & Brigitte Benary

Brigitte Benary is a Soulful Energetics Practitioner with over 20 years of experience who focuses on the holistic healing and well-being of individuals by working with their energy systems. She combines principles from various modalities such as energy healing, spiritual guidance, art therapy and emotional support to empower women to reclaim their power, build confidence, and overcome societal and personal barriers to achieve their fullest potential.

Annie Kallis is a Business Strategist with over 15 years' experience who specializes in helping individuals and organizations build, maintain, and enhance their interpersonal relationships. She combines her knowledge from psychology, communication, conflict resolution, and personal development to foster deeper connections, improve relational health, and create environments where positive interactions can thrive. Annie has successfully facilitated countless workshops and group sessions worldwide aimed at fostering deep, transformative change.
