Ages 5+Program Changes and Cancellation
Melbourne RG Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine or modify any class, holiday program, camp, workshop or activity if minimum participant numbers are not met, due to coach availability, venue issues, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond the club's reasonable control.
In the event that Melbourne RG Academy cancels a program, participants will be offered either a full refund for the affected session(s) or a credit towards a future program at the club's discretion.
No compensation will be payable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of a program cancellation or schedule change.
