The Swing Lounge - Fundraiser Evening
Trade your Saturday night for a step back into the 1960s. The Swing Lounge is Inner West Theatre Company's major fundraiser for 2026, a night of live performances, friendly competition, and community spirit in the golden age of cocktail lounges and big band entertainment, with music from our DJ keeping the night going between heats.
Grab your crew and join our performers, members, friends and supporters at Public House Petersham for an evening you won't want to miss. Fifteen performers take the stage across three heats, singing swing, jazz, big band and Rat Pack classics, with the audience voting for their favourites.
Tickets: $40, including pizzas and snacks throughout the evening, courtesy of Public House Petersham.
How it works
- Three heats, five performers each, featuring soloists, duets and trios. The winner of each heat, chosen by audience vote, moves through to the Grand Final.
- Heat votes are $2 each. Vote once, vote often, or spread the love across multiple acts.
- In the Grand Final, votes are $5 each, and the highest vote-getter is crowned The Swing Lounge Champion 2026.
Come dressed for a night out in cocktail attire or 1960s-inspired style, grab a drink from the bar, and help us raise funds for our upcoming productions!
