Hello Ravenswood Bluff!This is the proper website to purchase tickets for the NSW Blood on the Clocktower Retreat on April 16th-19th 2027!
This Retreat will take place at CCC Central Coast: around a 90 minute drive from Sydney and 45 minutes from Newcastle. Please read over the description to get a better understanding of the event-
This event will:
-Have over 2½ days (Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) of Blood on the Clocktower-related things from games, workshops, trivia, and board games
-Include 3 nights of accommodation while a part of the event (Friday-Monday)
-Include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner handled by the location's own catering service on Saturday and Sunday
-A big pizza dinner Friday Night!
-Snacks and Non-Alcoholic drinks provided
-Almost non-stop games occurring from Friday to Sunday
-Cabins with air-conditioning, PowerPoints, private ensuites (per room), and wifi included
-Clocktower by the campfire
-Easy walk to Lake Macquarie for a swim
-Giant chess, Giant Jenga, basketball courts, and other sports options to pass time
-Much more!
This is a not-for-profit event; every dollar paid will go towards food and beverages, venue costs, and accessories for the event
Tickets and Cabins:
After going back and forth with the venue, we've managed to secure a base price of $355 per each individual.
However, with limited spots (12), you can secure a upgraded room with one to two other people for $510 (per head). This includes:
-Private ensuite
-A kitchenette
-Lounge space (with tv )
-Bedding + Towels provided
-Air-conditioner for each room
2 rooms have a double bed and a single, and 4 rooms have 2 single beds. (These rooms are in the same Lodge, just for clarification. Since there are 6 rooms available, you may be with another individual who's opted in for the upgrade)
All other rooms/tickets will be split into 2 to 3 different cabins. These cabins are in front of the main space: some with a pavement walkpath, most with a wide flat grass field. Cabins and the indoor locations include ramps for an accessible entrance.
Lastly, there are a few tickets available for those who live around the venue; these tickets disallow for a cabin stay, but still are available for food/meals and (of course) Clocktower! These tickets are $225.
A few things to note:
1- This is a 16+ event
2- To keep things organized, we are looking mainly for those who can attend the full event (as opposed to a single-or-half day). There are unfortunately no ticket options for those interested in attending an individual day
3- Communication will be done through Discord and Email
4- We will be playing all kinds of Clocktower! Base 3, Customs, Homebrew, and more
5- This will be a dry event. Due to extra steps and costs of having alcohol available, we decided it'll be best to exclude it all together
Overall, this will be a fun weekend of Blood on the Clocktower with food, laughter, campfire, and an outdoor experience.
