Join Shihan Ben Williams and Sensei Josh Nixon for an immersive seminar exploring the practical application of traditional karate through kata and close-range combat.This hands-on seminar will examine the combative principles found within Seiunchin and Naihanchi (Tekki Shodan), drawing on the teachings and methods of Choki Motobu to develop effective close-range skills for realistic self-defence.
