About
Spend a day learning and practicing some fundamental elements to achieving watercolour painting success. Whether you are a complete beginner or just want to brush up on some important techniques, this workshop will help you feel more confident about how to approach the difficult, but stunningly beautiful medium of watercolour painting.We will practice the art and understand the importance of the watercolour wash, and get our heads around working wet on wet while creating from still life setup in studio.
Each attendee will need to bring all materials and equipment for the workshop including good quality paint, good quality 300gsm watercolour cotton paper, and good quality watercolour brushes. A full suggested materials and equipment list will be forwarded by email upon the purchase of ticket. The price includes morning tea provided by the host. Please BYO your lunch. Fridge available for use.
