This spring, enjoy a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes at the AWM and get up close with Australian military history.The AWM is offering exclusive tours of the Charles Bean Research Centre, taking visitors into the archives to discover stories, rare treasures and original artefacts from the National Collection.
Tours run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15 September to 8 October.

All tours discuss and display collections relating to the Australian experience of war. Please be advised that some stories or collections may contain distressing content. Members of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are advised that the tours will include collections containing names and images of deceased people.
Please note each session has a maximum capacity of 15. A limit of 4 tickets per session booking applies.
Bookings close 1 hour before each session.

The Charles Bean Research Centre is located on the Australian War Memorial grounds next to Poppy's Cafe. Attendees are encouraged to park in the P1 Visitor Carpark underneath Poppy's Cafe (access via Fairbairn Avenue).
