Yoga (9-9:45am) Ages 5 to 12
Join us for our yoga and mindfulness workshop as we celebrate everything that makes you, you! Our playful practice we'll use yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to connect to ourselves. We'll learn that the more we know about ourselves, the easier it is to build healthy lasting friendships. This workshop includes adapted Hatha yoga poses, yoga therapy exercises, breath work, mindfulness activities, relaxation and meditation.
