The Boîte presents Vox Humana

Since 1979 The Boite has believed in the importance of music in storytelling, cultural identity, and community resilience. We have now curated and presented over 5,000 performances where audiences have experienced the intimacy and connection that only a live music setting can provide, and our artists have been given a platform to share and develop their art and traditions.
 

On June 1st 2024, The Boite celebrated it's 45th Birthday with a huge concert at Collingwood Town Hall to a sold out audience featuring artists spanning it's entire history. For 45 years, The Boite has enriched and broadened Melbourne and Victoria’s live music landscape with truly representative programming, and continues to challenge assumptions around the boundaries of genre, culture and tradition.
 

You donation helps to support the Boite Schools Chorus, engaging over 600 students annually to sing, the Boite Portfolio Program, supporting emerging artists from diverse backgrounds to build their platform, our weekly event calendar and many more exciting events and programs.
