WHY INTEGRATE

Less admin, more time for what matters

Integrations take care of the repetitive stuff so you can focus on running great events.

Automated sync

Transaction data flows between platforms automatically – no copy-pasting, no spreadsheets.

Fewer errors

When data moves itself, there’s less room for mistakes in your books or payment records.

Save hours every week

Reconciliation that used to take hours happens in the background while you get on with things.

Works with your stack

Keep using the tools your team already knows. TryBooking slots right in.

Common questions about integrations

Yes. The Salesforce integration automatically syncs booking data into Salesforce – creating a new contact for every new customer and updating existing contacts on repeat bookings. You can use the direct integration or drive it through the TryBooking API for more control over field mapping.

Yes. TryBooking offers a REST API with documented endpoints for events, tickets, bookings, and attendee data. Developers can use it to sync data into any internal system, power custom dashboards, or connect TryBooking to tools without a native integration. Documentation is at developer.trybooking.com.

No. Connecting Xero to TryBooking is included at no extra charge. For Stripe, you’ll pay a 1% TryBooking processing fee and $0.50 per ticket, plus Stripe’s own fees (1.7% + $0.30 per transaction), instead of TryBooking’s standard 2.5% processing rate. Funds settle into your Stripe account directly.

It’s a one-way sync from TryBooking to Xero. When a ticket is sold, refunded, or a donation is made, the transaction is automatically posted to your chosen Xero bank account with the tracking codes you’ve configured. You set it up once and it runs in the background.

Yes. You can switch to Stripe in your account dashboard under Banking > Payment Gateway. Once connected, all ticket payments will be processed through Stripe and deposited directly into your linked bank account.

Through Stripe, your attendees can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major card types. Note that PayPal is only available through TryBooking’s standard payment gateway, not through Stripe.

Absolutely. All integrations use encrypted connections, and both Xero and Stripe are fully PCI-compliant. Your financial data is protected with industry-standard security protocols at every step.

Yes, you can disconnect at any time from your TryBooking dashboard. Any data already synced will remain in the connected platform, but no new transactions will be sent.

We’re always exploring new ways to make event management easier. If there’s a tool you’d love to see connected to TryBooking, let our team know – we’d love to hear from you.
