How do I add seating plans or reserved seating options?
You can create custom interactive seating plans directly in TryBooking. Customers can then select their preferred seats when booking. If you're running general admission, you can simply set a total capacity without assigning specific seats.
What payment methods does TryBooking accept?
TryBooking accepts payments via debit and credit card affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, along with payments made through PayPal*, Google Pay** and Apple Pay#.
It will be at the event organiser's discretion should they wish to take payments by alternative means eg. Cash, EFT transfer, invoice etc.
*PayPal is only available for events and fundraising hosted on the AU
