Venueticketing
Seasons, members, box office, reporting. No enterprise overhead.
Venues don’t run one-off events. Venues run seasons, manage subscribers, member pricing, sell at the window and online simultaneously, and need every sale in one report.
Same platform for a community hall or a 2,000-seat theatre.

Frequently asked questions
TryBooking has 10,000+ pre-built Australian venue seating templates with interactive seat selection. If your venue isn’t listed, our team can build a custom plan for you at no extra cost.
Yes. The Box Office app shares real-time inventory with online sales. A ticket sold at the window updates the online count instantly. No double booking and no manual reconciliation.
Season passes run on seat holds and access codes. Hold specific seats for a subscriber, then send them an access code. They unlock their held seats at checkout and complete the booking themselves. One code covers multiple bookings until the allocation is used up. For member, subscriber and concession pricing, create password-protected ticket types with early-bird windows and member-only allocations within the same event.
After each performance you get a breakdown of tickets sold, revenue by payment method, refunds and comp tickets. Export the report for your bookkeeper or front-of-house manager.
Yes. Duplicate your entire season, same seating plan, ticket types, pricing structure, then update the dates. Each production is its own event within one cohesive programme.
