Yes. Add free and paid ticket types to the same event. Free tickets cost nothing. Buyers pay for paid tickets and only paid tickets attract a fee, which you can choose who pays - absorb them in your ticket fee or pass to the buyer. Handy for free kids' tickets or comp tickets.
