“We’ll handle payments” is the simple all-inclusive option: 5% + 20p per ticket with VAT and card processing included, and we take care of the payments for you. “I’ll handle payments” lets you connect your own Stripe account and pay a flat 75p per ticket to us, plus Stripe’s own fees – and your money is paid directly into your Stripe account.
Yes. The 5% + 20p and the flat 75p are both VAT-inclusive, so the price you see is the price you pay. Many other platforms add 20% VAT on top of their headline fee.
Absolutely. On the “we’ll handle payments” option you choose whether to absorb the fee or pass it to ticket buyers. Most organisers pass the ticket fee to attendees, but it’s entirely up to you.
