Set up in minutes, ready for the last week of October
Why Halloween organisers choose us
Simple pricing, timed entry that protects the queue, and a UK team on the end of the phone.
Halloween events we help you run
One booking page handles the whole week. Set it up once, share the link, and clone again for next October.
Small groups on a tight timetable, with an age rating and a waiver captured at checkout.
Timed slots through the afternoon so the trail never bunches up. Family tickets priced automatically.
Free events are free. Track numbers for a street trail or a village hall party without a spreadsheet.
Adult, child and family tickets on one page. Collect dietary needs at booking.
Several departures a night, each with its own guide and capacity. They sell out, so waitlists help.

Timed entry that protects the queue
Split the evening into slots with their own capacity. Visitors see live availability and pick their time, which keeps the entrance moving and the scare actors on schedule.

Sell at the gate with Tap to Pay
The free Box Office app takes card, cash and contactless on the door from a phone, with no reader to hire. Door and online sales share the same live capacity, so you cannot oversell.

Free events, genuinely free
Nothing at all on free events. Paid tickets are 5% + 20p including VAT and card processing, or 75p per ticket plus Stripe fees on Stripe Connect. No setup fees, no subscriptions, no contracts.

Clone it for next year
Halloween is the same time every year. Duplicate the event and the ticket types, prices and custom questions come with it, so next October is a date change rather than a whole rebuild.
On the night
Check-in and onsite payments just got easier! If you're scanning tickets or selling tickets on the door, we have two perfect apps to help.

Box Office app
Accept card, cash and contactless payments instantly at your event with our Box Office app. Great for ticket sales, merchandise, refreshments and more!

Scanning app
Validate tickets at entry, scan guests in at the gate in the dark, and monitor live attendance numbers. Works offline, and volunteers can help without seeing your data.
Features for Halloween events

Common questions about Halloween ticketing
You can create and publish your event in under five minutes. Add your event details, upload images, create your ticket types, and you are ready to start selling.
It’s free to get started, and you only pay when you sell paid tickets. Two options: Standard is 5% + 20p per ticket including VAT and payment processing, or Stripe Connect is 75p per ticket including VAT plus Stripe’s own fees. No setup fees and no monthly charges. Free events stay completely free.
Just the basics: event name, date, time, venue and description. Set your capacity and add ticket types, then upload images to make it snazzy and anything else whenever you’re ready. If you want to go all out, add the likes of custom forms, donations, seating plans and discount codes too! You can change any of it later.
Yes, fully. Add your brand colours and logos to make the booking pages your own. There are also widgets so you can put the event page on your own website too.

Yes. Create as many ticket types as you need, each with its own price, early bird rate, capacity and purchase limit.

Yes. The Box Office app turns your phone into a door sales point, taking contactless card payments with Tap to Pay or recording cash. Our UK customer service team are available by phone, email and live chat. There’s also a Learning Centre with step by step guides and video tutorials. Most organisers set everything up themselves, but help is always on hand if needed.

We are PCI compliant for payment processing and never store complete card details, only the last four digits for your reference. All transmission is over secure connections, account access supports multi-factor authentication, and your data stays yours.
