Season tracking
Track where sales are coming from using our tracking reports, social pixels and Google Analytics.

Attendee data
Know exactly who is in the room with greater insights about your attendees - where they've travelled from to which seat they prefer.
On the night
Check-in and onsite payments just got easier! If you're scanning tickets or selling tickets on the door, we have two perfect apps to help.

Box Office App
Accept card, cash and contactless payments instantly at your event with our Box Office app. Great for ticket sales, merchandise, refreshments and more!

Scanning App
Validate tickets at entry, scan guests in and out, and monitor live attendance numbers. Works offline, and volunteers can help without seeing your data.
Frequently asked questions
Create bespoke seating plans for any shape or size of venue. Add disabled seating, reserved seats, your own stage design.
Yes. The Box Office app shares real-time inventory with online sales. A ticket sold at the door updates the online count instantly. No double booking and no manual reconciliation.
Season passes run on seat holds and access codes. Hold specific seats for patrons, then send them an access code. They unlock their held seats via the same booking link and complete the booking themselves. One code covers multiple bookings until the allocation is used up. Create password-protected ticket types with early-bird windows and member-only allocations within the same event.
After each performance you have a breakdown of tickets sold, revenue by payment method, refunds and comp tickets. All seen through our real time reports.
Yes. Duplicate your entire season, same seating plan, ticket types, pricing structure, then update the dates. Each production is its own event within one cohesive programme.
